Good quality, minor shipping hiccup

I ordered a weighted capybara plush and a long cat pillow. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; it was easy to find what I wanted. Just got the axolotl plush. It's really soft and super cute, bigger than I thought it'd be too. Came pretty fast, like 4 days, so that was good. Happy with it!

I bought a giant penguin plush. The plush itself is really nice, very soft and quite large, definitely a good value for the price. It seems well-made, and the design is adorable. However, delivery took nearly two weeks, which felt a bit long, especially since I was hoping to have it sooner. Communication about the shipping status was okay, but updates weren't super frequent. Customer service was helpful when I asked about the delay, though. Overall, I'm happy with the product, but they could definitely improve on their shipping speed and perhaps provide more proactive tracking updates.
